Adult

We offer an Adult Recreational and Competitive Program for Adults (18+) who have completed a Learn to Row.

• Recreational Rowing is for rowers who want to get fit and have fun.

• Competitive Rowing is a coached program for experienced rowers. The LRC competes at regattas regionally.

The on-the-water portion of the season runs from May through October. Indoor training runs mid-November through mid-March.
