
Junior / U23 Intro to Indoor Rowing
Interested in trying something new, challenging, and fun? LaSalle Rowing Club’s Intro to Indoor Rowing programs are designed for youth ages 12–17 and 18-22 years old with no rowing experience. Over the winter months, athletes will be introduced to basic rowing technique using an ergometer, and have the opportunity to compete at the end of the season!

Learn to Row
The objective of the Learn To Row Program (LTR) is to introduce rowing to individuals who have never participated in the sport before, in a manner that is fun and safe, while all new participants familiarize themselves with basic rowing skills and knowledge. Swimming ability is required.
Each LTR registrant is required to read the following safety information before their LTR class: Rowing Safety

This three-day course (Friday - Sunday) includes 6 hours of instruction from our coaches. After completing the LTR course, you can row 2 more times with experienced LRC members (within 14 days after your course start date).
Course Fee = $235 (fees are non-refundable after the start of the session)

Intro to Indoor Rowing
