About the Event
Club Event and First Club Social of the Year
Every year LaSalle Rowing Club participates with many other rowers/clubs across Canada in effort to promote indoor rowing. In Collaboration with the Board and Program Leads we would like to extend the invite to ALL members of the club to please join us for a morning of fitness, team building, and fun.
Our Junior program will be taking an active lead on organizing fun activities, yoga will be included and lead by our Master Indoor Training Lead Ashley and the event will include snacks and the opportunity to socialize with members of the club. The activities and food for this event will be planned according to the interest in participation.
